In 2012, we acquired the Microsoft Dynamics business from what was then Hitachi Consulting Corporation. After starting operations in Europe and the U.S.,

We expanded our global regional coverage through mergers and acquisitions and organic growth in each region. In recent years, to keep pace with the rapid growth of the cloud market, we have stepped up our shift to cloud (Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, data utilization) with the acquisition of the North American company Capax in 2019. The entire Hitachi Solutions America Group is driving a business portfolio shift to cloud and digital transformation.

2010: Hitachi Solutions, Ltd. established in Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo.

Microsoft Dynamics Business was transferred by Hitachi Consulting Corporation.
Microsoft Dynamics business launched in Europe and the US.
2013: #North America

Acquired Ideaca in the Canada.

Established Hitachi Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. Began using it as a delivery center.

Acquired Customer Effective. Strengthened Microsoft Dynamics CRM business in the US.

Established Hitachi Solutions Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd.
Acquired Ignify group which had bases in the US, India and South East Asia. Expanded business in Southeast Asia.

Established branches in ANZ, France. Expanded regional bases.
2018: #Europe

Acquired Implexis group which had four bases in the Germany. Entered the German market.
2019: #North America

Acquired Capax Global group based in the US. Entered the cloud and DX markets in earnest.
2021: #North America #Europe

Started new projects to strengthen data analysis and internal business infrastructure in the US. and the cloud/DX business in Europe.
