EncryptFull Disk Encryption for HIBUN

Laptops used at outside of the office are in risk of loss and theft.
Full Disk Encryption for HIBUN prevents unauthorized access to the data on PC by third person.

Feature

Full disk encryption

The whole HDD is encrypted on installation.
You can use the computer, even if encryption process runs in the background.
Encrypted data is decrypted transparently to the users.

FDE for HIBUN

Pre boot authentication

When turning on the PC, HIBUN login screen is displayed before Windows system start up.
If authentication fails, Windows does not start. Therefore, whole data on the PC cannot be accessed.

OS The English version and Japanese version of the following operation system are supported.
Both the 32-bit and 64-bit versions are supported. ARM version of Windows is not supported.

  • #1: Touch screen is supported in pre-boot authentication, however it may fail depends on devices.
    Before using the touch screen feature, verification is recommended.
  • #2: Full Disk Encryption for HIBUN cannot be installed on a PC that uses the WIMBoot function.
  • #3: Full Disk Encryption for HIBUN cannot be installed on a PC that uses the Compact OS function.
  • #4: The support status of Full Disk Encryption for HIBUN for Windows 10 updates(builds) or Windows 11 updates(builds) is as follows. Unsupported regarding undocumented updates.
